Shipping Policy

KGAAF offers free shipping on all orders over $150.

For orders under $150, customers may select from the available shipping options at checkout, including flat rate shipping or UPS shipping when available.

Shipping options, rates, and delivery times may vary based on order size, product type, destination, and carrier availability.

Shipping Damage

KGAAF is not responsible for shipping damage once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If you are concerned about possible shipping damage, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance or contacting us before placing your order to discuss insured shipping options.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take photos of the damage, and contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim.

Returns

KGAAF does not accept returns unless the product has a confirmed manufacturer defect.

Because many of the products we sell are specialty films, custom materials, or installer-grade products, all sales are considered final unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Manufacturer Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact KGAAF as soon as possible.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• Product name
• Photos or videos showing the issue
• A description of the defect
• Lot number or roll information, if available
• Whether the product has been installed, cut, or used

Manufacturer defect claims may be subject to review and approval by the manufacturer. KGAAF may assist with the claim process, but final approval may depend on the manufacturer’s warranty policies and requirements.

Custom-Cut and By-the-Yard Products

All rolls or film products sold by the yard are considered custom-cut products and are non-returnable.

Once material has been cut to a customer-requested size, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products sold by the yard
• Custom-cut materials
• Opened rolls
• Used or installed products
• Products damaged during installation
• Products damaged during shipping
• Special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items
