Graphtec FC9000 Series Professional PPF and Window Tint Roll-Fed Cutter
Increase production speed, cutting accuracy and material control with the Graphtec FC9000 Series professional roll-fed cutter. Designed for dependable high-precision cutting of both printed and unprinted materials, the FC9000 is an advanced finishing solution for paint protection film installers, automotive window tint shops, vehicle restylers and professional graphics businesses.
The FC9000 combines a digital-servo drive system, powerful cutting head and robust media-feeding system to accurately process delicate automotive window film, paint protection film, vinyl and other specialty materials. Available in multiple cutting widths, the series gives automotive film businesses the flexibility to select the machine that best matches their roll sizes, production volume and available workspace.
For shops processing wider automotive films, the FC9000-140 offers a maximum cutting width of 54 inches and accepts media up to approximately 60 inches wide. The larger FC9000-160 offers a maximum cutting width of 64 inches and accepts media up to approximately 72 inches wide.

Advanced Media Tracking
The FC9000 uses media flanges and multiple push rollers to support accurate roll feeding. The FC9000-140 and FC9000-160 each use four push rollers, helping provide stable control across wider automotive films.
For longer production runs, an optional automatic take-up system is available for the FC9000-140 and FC9000-160. The take-up system automatically rewinds processed media and can be combined with the Data Link barcode workflow for sequential production.
ARMS Registration and Barcode Workflow
Graphtec’s Advanced Registration Mark Sensing system detects registration marks and performs axis alignment for precise contour-cutting workflows. Segment Area Compensation uses intermediate marks to correct distortion along the X and Y axes during longer jobs.
The Data Link Barcode System can identify cutting data associated with a printed barcode from a connected computer or USB drive. This allows the cutter to retrieve the corresponding file and process multiple jobs sequentially, reducing manual file selection during production.
These print-and-cut features are especially valuable for shops that also produce printed PPF, tint graphics, decals, labels or other contour-cut automotive products.
