ORAJET 3551RA+ProSlide is a high-performance, ultra-calendered printable PVC film developed for commercial fleet graphics, box trucks, trailers, partial vehicle wraps and other large-format applications. Its bright Arctic White gloss print surface provides an excellent base for vivid colors, sharp details and high-impact commercial branding.
The film features RapidAir® air-egress technology to help remove trapped air during installation. Its ProSlide® repositionable adhesive provides low initial tack, allowing large printed panels to slide, align and reposition before firm pressure is applied.
ORAGUARD 215 Gloss adds a clear protective layer over the printed graphic. It enhances color depth and contrast while helping protect the print from UV exposure, moisture, abrasion and everyday outdoor conditions.

Important Application Limitations
ORAGUARD 215 is designed primarily for flat graphic applications. This kit is best suited for flat vehicle panels, box trucks, trailers, signage and commercial fleet surfaces with limited shaping.
This system is not recommended for deep channels, severe compound curves, highly contoured bumpers or demanding full-vehicle wraps. For complex vehicle contours, consider a premium cast system such as ORAJET 3951RA+ProSlide paired with ORAGUARD 290 Gloss.
Printing and Installation Recommendations
- Use the correct Orafol ICC profile for the selected printer and ink system.
- Allow solvent and eco-solvent prints to dry and outgas fully before lamination.
- Allow at least 24 hours of drying time, with additional time for heavy ink coverage.
- Clean the application surface thoroughly to remove wax, grease, silicone, dust and other contaminants.
- Confirm that painted surfaces are fully cured and in sound condition.
- Use ProSlide technology to position large panels before applying firm pressure.
- Apply the graphic with overlapping squeegee strokes to engage the adhesive evenly.
- Avoid excessive stretching or forcing the material into deep recessed areas.
- Test product suitability before beginning production installation.
Gloss-Finish Care
Clean the finished graphic with mild soap, clean water and a soft cloth or non-abrasive wash mitt. Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive brushes and aggressive polishing compounds that could damage the laminate surface.
