Its bright Arctic White gloss print surface provides an excellent base for vibrant colors, sharp details and professional printed branding.
The film incorporates RapidAir® air-egress technology to help remove trapped air during application. Its ProSlide® repositionable adhesive allows large printed panels to slide and be adjusted before firm installation pressure is applied, helping installers achieve accurate alignment across large commercial surfaces.

Important Application Limitations
ORAGUARD 215 is designed primarily for flat graphic applications. This kit is best suited for flat vehicle panels, box trucks, trailers, signage and commercial fleet surfaces with limited shaping.
This system is not recommended for deep channels, severe compound curves, highly contoured bumpers or demanding full-vehicle wraps. For complex vehicle contours, consider a premium cast system such as ORAJET 3951RA+ProSlide paired with ORAGUARD 290 Matte.
Printing and Installation Recommendations
- Use the correct Orafol ICC profile for the selected printer and ink system.
- Allow solvent and eco-solvent prints to dry and outgas fully before lamination.
- Allow at least 24 hours of drying time, with additional time for heavy ink coverage.
- Clean the application surface thoroughly to remove wax, grease, silicone, dust and other contaminants.
- Confirm that painted surfaces are fully cured and in sound condition.
- Use ProSlide technology to position large panels before applying firm pressure.
- Apply the graphic with overlapping squeegee strokes to engage the adhesive evenly.
- Avoid excessive stretching or forcing the material into deep recessed areas.
- Test product suitability before beginning a production installation.
Matte-Finish Care
Matte laminates can show fingerprints, oils, waxes and installation marks differently than gloss finishes. Handle the laminated graphic with clean installation gloves and use suitable non-abrasive cleaning products.
