ORAJET 3951RA+ProSlide is a professional 2-mil cast PVC digital printing film designed for full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, fleet graphics, trailers, boats and other demanding long-term applications. Its gloss white printable surface provides an excellent foundation for vivid colors, detailed graphics and professional commercial branding.

The film features RapidAir® air-egress technology and ProSlide® repositionable adhesive technology. RapidAir channels help release trapped air during installation, while ProSlide provides low initial tack so large printed panels can be slid, positioned and aligned before final pressure is applied.

ORAGUARD 290 Matte is a premium 2-mil cast PVC overlaminate that gives printed graphics a smooth matte appearance. It reduces glare and reflections while helping protect the printed image from UV exposure, abrasion, moisture and outdoor weathering.

Designed for Complex Vehicle Wraps

The matched cast construction allows the printable film and overlaminate to conform together over curves, channels and contoured vehicle panels. Unlike thicker calendered systems intended primarily for flat or moderately shaped surfaces, this professional cast system is designed for demanding full-wrap applications.

Printing and Installation Recommendations

• Use an Orafol-approved ICC profile for the selected printer and ink system.
• Allow solvent and eco-solvent prints to dry and outgas completely before lamination.
• Allow at least 24 hours of drying time, with 48 to 72 hours preferred for heavy ink coverage.
• Clean the application surface thoroughly to remove wax, grease, silicone, dirt and other contaminants.
• Confirm that painted surfaces are fully cured and in sound condition.
• Use ProSlide technology to align large panels before applying firm pressure.
• Use overlapping squeegee strokes to engage the adhesive evenly.
• Use controlled heat when conforming the film around complex curves and recessed areas.

Important Matte-Finish Considerations

Matte laminates can show handling marks, fingerprints, oils, waxes and cleaning residue differently than gloss laminates. Use clean installation gloves and suitable non-abrasive cleaning products when handling and maintaining the finished wrap.
