ORAJET 3751RA+ProSlide is a professional 2.25-mil cast PVC digital printing film designed for long-term vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, spot graphics, boat graphics and demanding outdoor applications. Its bright white gloss surface provides an excellent foundation for vibrant printed colors, sharp details and high-quality branded graphics.

The film combines RapidAir® air-egress technology with ProSlide® repositionable adhesive. RapidAir channels help release trapped air during installation, while ProSlide provides low initial tack so installers can slide, align and reposition large graphic panels before applying final pressure.

ORAGUARD 294 is a premium 1.5-mil cast PVC overlaminate engineered to provide Orafol’s highest level of UV protection. Its +8-year UV-extension rating helps defend printed inks from fading, discoloration, abrasion and harsh outdoor exposure. The gloss finish enhances printed colors while creating a smooth, professional appearance.

ORAGUARD 294 provides a +8-year UV-extension factor, making it the highest-rated UV-protection overlaminate in the ORAGUARD product line. This makes the system especially well suited for graphics exposed to prolonged sunlight, including commercial fleets, trailers, boats and outdoor advertising graphics.

Outdoor durability ratings are affected by geographic location, exposure direction, ink system, application quality and maintenance. Climate Zone 1 represents moderate northern climates. High-heat and high-UV areas such as Arizona fall within Climate Zone 3 and may experience reduced service life compared with moderate climates.

Printing and Installation Recommendations

• Use an Orafol-approved ICC profile for the selected printer and ink system.
• Allow solvent and eco-solvent prints to dry and outgas fully before lamination.
• A minimum drying period of 24 hours is recommended, with 48 to 72 hours preferred for heavy ink coverage.
• Clean the application surface thoroughly to remove wax, grease, silicone, dust and other contaminants.
• Verify that painted surfaces are fully cured before installation.
• Use the ProSlide low-tack positioning window to align panels before applying final pressure.
• Maintain consistent laminator pressure and speed when applying ORAGUARD 294.
• Install in a temperature-controlled environment above the stated minimum application temperatures.
• Use controlled heat and proper post-heating procedures on stretched or contoured areas.
• Use heat assistance when removing the film from suitable OEM-painted surfaces.
